Summary

Pokemon Blue is one of the most iconic Pokemon games of all time. It was the second Pokemon game I ever owned, after playing Pokemon Yellow at the age of 5.

Fun fact: I took my copy of Pokemon Blue on holiday to Austria when I was 6 or 7 years old with my friends’ Level 100 Blastoise and Level 100 Moltres. I accidentally left the game in the back seat of the rental car, and when we got home my parents made me complete the game again so I could give both of the Pokemon back.

Despite the old blue graphics that kids today will never understand, the original Pokemon series was ridiculously ahead of its time, and there’s a reason why they continue to remake and re-release the 1st generation series over and over again.
